Overview
Evict the Bigots is Muslim Advocates’ ongoing campaign to ensure that individuals with a record of anti-Muslim bigotry have no place in our administration. The election of Donald Trump brought a wave of hate group-affiliated appointees and nominees with clear and vocal records of bigotry against Muslims. Muslim Advocates works to expose these officials and pressures them to step down or urge the Senate to ensure that individuals like them are not confirmed. Muslim Advocates’ campaign has included individuals like former White House officials Sebastian Gorka and Steve Bannon or disgraced former army secretary nominee Mark Green.
