Mir Sulaiman Ali serves as a Outreach and Community Partnership Manager at Muslim Advocates.

Previously, he worked in the New York City Mayor's Office Community Affairs Unit as the Muslim Community Liaison where he advocated for Muslim representation in city government and guided the Muslim community through government processes. He played a major role on police accountability, closing down Rikers Island and empowering the Muslim community to get involved in citywide decisions.

Ali has also participated in many major Muslim institutions, including Young Muslims, the Islamic Circle of North America, the Muslim Ummah of North America and the Muslim American Society.

He is a graduate of the John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
