Eric Naing serves as the Communications Director at Muslim Advocates.

Before joining Muslim Advocates, he worked as the communications manager of Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety, a nonprofit that works to advance policies that reduce motor vehicle crashes. Previously, Eric spent several years as a reporter for CQ Roll Call, where he wrote about financial policy and Congress. He has also worked as a reporter covering state and local politics for newspapers such as the Springfield State Journal-Register and the Southern Illinoisan.

He received a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master of arts in public affairs reporting at the University of Illinois at Springfield.
