Ayesha Khalfe
Legal Assistant
Ayesha Khalfe serves as Muslim Advocates’ legal assistant.
Prior to joining Muslim Advocates, Ayesha researched and compiled resources for social justice initiatives and legislative projects at the American Bar Association's Civil Rights and Social Justice Section. She has previous non-profit experience working at Refugee Services of Texas and has advocated for multiple marginalized groups, including the LGBTQ+ community and displaced populations. Ayesha's passion for public service and advocacy has led her to Muslim Advocates, where she hopes to help put an end to the bigotry and discrimination her Muslim community faces.
Ayesha is a recent graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.A in Political Science and a B.S. in Psychology. She plans to attend law school in order to continue causing good trouble as a civil rights attorney.
